What to expect from a session?
First you come with an intention – to change the way you are experiencing your daily life.
We discover the deeper reasons behind issues and behaviors and simultaneously work with the body to release emotional unintegrated energy stored from past experiences. The goal is to help you find this space inside you that is always present and that is your center. When you learn to stop identifying with your passing thoughts and find stability in this inner space of peace, then problems dissapear. From there, you find the clarity to deal with everything that needs your attention and action in the everyday life.
Half of the session is about talking, discovering and processing.
The other half – my favorite, is about feeling, sitting in silence and connecting with the Self.

HOW WHEN and WHY?
What are your qualifications/background?
I have studied Environmental Science and have a Master degree in Neuroscience. I am a certified Emotional Intelligence Practicioner and Strategic Life Coaching Practicioner. Additionally I am a certified Breathwork (pranayama) teacher and I hold the first degree in Reiki healing. Currently being trained in Somatic Therapy techniques.
I am constantly studying topics relevant to Trauma Healing, Somatic Therapy, Beliefs and Behaviors, Neuropsychology and Neuroesthetics, Relationships, Philosophy, Art Therapy and much more. My biggest interest is in understanding the biological, sociological, psychological and spiritual aspects of our nature and identify the patterns that define our habits and perceptions about the world. What makes us who we are?
Do I need to commit to a certain number of sessions?
No. You decide how long you want to continue with our sessions. Everybody has their individual history and their own pace. I believe that for certain things to be recognized and integrated, time is an important factor. When wanting to change ourselves through changing our habits, it makes sense that the new habits need time and repetition to become part of you. On the other hand, the ultimate goal is to establish a stable connection with your inner self and that can be done any minute that you are open to this reality 3…
How many sessions do I need?
There might be a minimum of few sessions in order to gain a good understanding and experience the truth of the pointings of our sessions. At the same time, I would want you to not become dependent on our meetings but rather use them as a tool to your freedom and autonomy. Therefore this totally depends on your individual rhythm and needs.
What is the frequency of sessions?
This depends on your rhythm of integration and growth. I recommend 1 session per week or two weeks so that we can keep a good pace and engagement. I am flexible to arrange this according to what feels best for you.
Are the sessions online or in person.
I offer both online and in person sessions. The online sessions are though more focused on a verbal interaction and they cannot include sound therapy or reiki. The in person sessions are taking place in a private studio in Berlin and have the possibility to be focused both on body techniques and on the psychoanalytical aspect.
What if I cannot fully financially support the sessions but am interested?
I want to serve as many people as possible and I know well that not everyone and not at any point in our lives do we have the possibility to support any type of costs. In such cases please feel comfortable contacting me. We might be able to find a solution that works well.
